MAD LOVE TEEZ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates madloveteez.com and offers apparel, accessories, drinkware, and related products through Shopify. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund Policies.
ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be the age of majority in your state or province, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this store. You are responsible for providing accurate and current account, billing, payment, and shipping information and for protecting your account credentials.
PRODUCTS AND MADE-TO-ORDER FULFILLMENT
Many MAD LOVE TEEZ products are printed or produced after an order is placed and may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party production partners, including Printful. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly based on screens, materials, production batches, and placement. We may change descriptions, prices, availability, and product offerings at any time.
ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order because of availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, fulfillment limitations, or other reasonable concerns. Payment must be authorized before an order is accepted. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, or import fees may apply and are displayed when available.
CANCELLATIONS
Because products may enter production soon after purchase, cancellation or change requests are not guaranteed. Contact us immediately at madloveteez@yahoo.com. If production has already begun, we may be unable to cancel or modify the order.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Orders may ship separately or from different facilities. We are not responsible for carrier, customs, weather, incorrect-address, or other delays outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional details are in our Shipping Policy.
RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS
Purchases are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Because most products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or ordering the wrong item. Damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be reported within 30 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos. Lost-package claims must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The MAD LOVE TEEZ name, logos, designs, product artwork, photographs, graphics, text, and website content are owned by or licensed to MAD LOVE TEEZ and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website only for personal, noncommercial shopping. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, modify, scrape, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or deceptive activity; interfere with its operation or security; transmit malicious code; impersonate another person; violate another party’s rights; or collect personal information without authorization. We may restrict access or cancel orders when necessary to protect the store, customers, or others.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, production, shipping, analytics, and marketing services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. Purchases from MAD LOVE TEEZ are transactions with MAD LOVE TEEZ, not Shopify.
PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy at /policies/privacy-policy. Information may be processed by Shopify and service providers as necessary to operate the store, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and communicate with customers.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” except for obligations expressly stated in our policies or required by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or error-free content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAD LOVE TEEZ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in courts with jurisdiction in Multnomah County, Oregon, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
