MAD LOVE TEEZ RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Most MAD LOVE TEEZ products are created especially for you after your order is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or ordering the wrong product. Please review product details, size information, color, quantity, and shipping address carefully before purchasing.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISPRINTED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Email madloveteez@yahoo.com with:
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photos showing the entire item and the damaged, defective, or misprinted area
• A photo of the packaging when relevant

After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement or refund. You do not need to mail an item back unless we specifically authorize and instruct you to do so.

LOST PACKAGES
If tracking has not been updated or your package has not arrived, contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will review the tracking information and work with the fulfillment provider or carrier. A claim may not be approved when tracking confirms delivery to the address supplied at checkout.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may be required to resend it. Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. Address changes are not guaranteed after production or shipment begins.

CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES
Because orders may enter production quickly, cancellations, product changes, size changes, and color changes are not guaranteed. Email us immediately at madloveteez@yahoo.com. If production has already started, we may be unable to cancel or change the order.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unless required by law, we do not accept returns of made-to-order products, gift cards, items marked final sale, or items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the refund results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

DO NOT SEND UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
Do not mail products to MAD LOVE TEEZ, Printful, or another fulfillment location without written instructions from us. Unauthorized returns may not be received, identified, reshipped, or refunded.
